Thalia is the guide at the start of the game. She guides the Seeker (player) in the tutorial and gives 'pro-tips' before each dungeon, except in chapter 21. By that point, something starts corrupting her mind, and by the midst of chapter 21, she is completely taken over by the Root of All Evil.
