Hi. (my answer just got vanished, hmpf! Ok, second try.) Well, the only good reason I can remember to use Lord Zomm with Goblins is in The Tower of Pwnage. There is a glitch, that brings your dead heroes back when Zomm turns them into Zomminions. That way, you don't lose them between the floors.
Beside that Lord Zomm and Goblins don't have much synergies.
If you like Goblins, then you want to have a look at Serenity. She can replace Zurk to give them Haste and Null-Magic, damage reduction and protects them from revenge attacks.
Miko the Marvelous and Cruel King Bramble are the more powerful goblins. They have good buddy synergies. Both you can team up with other heroes as well. For example Kelpy Shells with Miko or Lily Blossom with Bramble. That way you can have growing goblins. Both also do well with Jin Lei because of their Paralysis effect and Jin's follow up attacks.
But for "New Bosses" (new players) the other Goblins (except Kozar) are much easier to ascend and star up. They are good starter heroes and fit a Goblin team very well. (Kozar Bonebreaker is a gold hero and it's not easy to get tokens for him. But he is fun with taunting Bramble.)
Reyla the Lightbringer's high command trait now affects light and elf allies, not ranged. She is also now normal speed by default, so she should not be classified as fast.
I have taken a break from DB as it takes up so much space (since Age of Chaos) on my device that it always crashes. However, I may still come back and particularly want to play the game again by Winterfest
Hi! Welcome back! Could you restore your old account? Starting all over again would be painful and grinding.
Thanks for the Reyla infos. I will update her page. Ferno got an update as well. And Ella got her epic. This needs to be added, too.
Looks like they made a extra model for her and Archon that show their epics even when they wear their alternative skins. I like that for Ella ... but for Archon I prefer the skin's weapons. Well, you can't have it all, I guess.
Ah okay. Yes, they are still "handwritten". I was going to replace it with a scripted list. But the chapter names need to be integrated in a way. And maybe we want to add an intro text. So I wasn't sure what is the best way to display it. Some questions that came to my mind:
use one loop that creates all 21 chapters and the dungeons of it or use 21x a template for each chapter?
add links to every boss? or better for every dungeon? redirect one to the other? The bosses in Age of Chaos mode are a little bit nameless.
loot differs in Normal, Challenge, Boss and AoC modes. Make only one column for all loot?
The new Age of Chaos game load up screen shows several Legendary heroes (and malice) facing off against Yorick and an undead army. The interesting thing is that it also shows a white dragon hero next to Grondar. Its proportions are nothing like Ferno, and it bears red stripes and good tipped horns. Thinking about, dragon is the only family that lacks a legendary. My guess is that it'll be the next hero in the game. It has been a little while since Miko.
Yes, Malice' epic comes with an extra passive. It's surprising. The icon of the basic attack also changes color when epic is unlocked. But I have no idea if it get a new name like Life Reaper Brom's epic weapon.
Do you have a unascended General Krexx by the way? I don't know when he gets his Brothers In Arms trait. My guess is that he has Stone Etcher when he is unascended and gets Brothers In Arms at 1A. But that's only a guess because my Krexx is already ascended once.
I haven't used reptiles a lot in the past even though I have the old ones at high star level. Fast Zola can be dangerous. IMHO Grondar did not need a buff. But Cobressa and poor Kreel did :(
1. You mean these heroes should be listed as normal and fast (both categories)?
2. Sounds good. I wasn't sure where to list Taunt. It's a buff but also crowd control. Should we consider Taunt (buff) as protection = Utility, and Provoked (debuff) as crown control? Freeze is IMHO a crowd control / disabling debuff.
He is a Legendary light slow reptile tank. The top 100 guilds in the event will unlock him. He is also in the portal.
Perrenial Strike: Basic Melee physical attack that reduces targets ATK by 20%, lasting 3 turns. This stacks up to 3 times for a total of 60%.
Daunting Gleam: 3 melee physical attacks that lower defense by 25% for 2 turns. Gives allies/ self (I don't know which) Reflective Plate, a buff that reflects the next debuff on the hero back at the character who tried to apply it. Cannot be copied, purged of stolen. Lasts until consumed.
Crystallized Carapace: Taunts, gains 75% damage reduction, and heals allies the damage taken. Enemies who hit him have their attack lowered by 55% (@ lvl 80) while the taunt is active. Cooldown: 4
Vital Vigilance: This hero prepares to defend target ally. The next 3 times they are attacked, he will block the attack, preventing damage for BOTH heroes. After defending, he will make a revenge attack for 250% damage (@ lvl 80). Can't be stolen, purged of copied.
Reptile Retaliation: Allies do not trigger enemy revenge attacks.
Slow poke: Attacks last, but boosts max Hp and has 100% chance to survive first death blow. (Unbreakable heart)
Scaled Response: Reflects 50% of damage taken and 5% more for each other reptile on the team.
One for all three: When killed, heals 45% of the death blows damage split between all allies.
Divine Intervention: The ally with the lowest DEF becomes untargettable until Grondar dies. AOE can still hit them, and taunt or provoke removes this buff. Can't be copied stolen or purged.
Shell Power: Allies gain Shell protection (Can't be burned, frozen, chilled, paralysed or shocked)
