Chill Immune - immunity (Status Effect)

Devil's IOU - buff (Health/Special)
Devil promises to return the stolen health from the enemy.

Notes and Tips[]

 Icepick is the 50th hero introduced by a big Special Event: the 50th Boss Party.

Icepick is a Water hero that can land critical hits on Nature heroes (ignores elemental disadvantage) thanks to his trait  Tit for Tat. This makes his first special attack  Hailstorm very devastating because it will send CRITs on every enemy when Icepick got a CRIT by one of them previously.
