The *Dwarven Rune War* is a recurring special event. The first time it was part of a larger update made to all Dwarf Heroes, starting on 2018-08-02 and lasting for 7 days. The second time, the event started at November 29, 2018, lasting 5 days and promoting changes to the passives of runes. The content of the event was different for both appearances.

Ways to earn tickets[]
- Complete event quests : Ranging from 300 to 600 tickets
- Run a dungeon with at least 1 Dwarf on your team : 50 tickets
- Win a PvP match : 50 tickets
- Complete a floor in the Tower of Pwnage : 50 tickets
- Quickloot a dungeon : 10 tickets

The Dwarves were tired of being considered lesser heroes, so they've been training with 
High King Valkin to make themselves stronger than ever.
Rogar Stonecrusher, 
Dhaegon Stonecrusher, 
Dagrund Blacksmoke, 
Hagrim Felhorn, and High King Valkin have all had major reworks, and 
Therand Fiddlestrom has had a minor rework (since he had a major rework recently).
So take the new and improved Dwarf team out for a spin, and complete some quests along the way. Speaking of quests, this event marks the return of scavenger hunt quests! For each of the next five days, there will be a three-step questline that doesn't clearly say what its objective is. Some are relatively simple, but we've thrown a few curveballs in as well!
Scavenger Hunt[]
Besides more regular daily quests received during the event, players can participate in additional scavenger hunt quests. The descriptions for those quests are meant to be little riddles which the players have to figure to know what the real quests task is.
For each day of the event a 3-part scavenger hunter was added
