When a player hits Player Level 60 Boss Mode unlocks for them. At this point, they can start getting materials for Greater runes, Tomes, and Totems.
On Boss Island you can get Epics and upgrade them (Player Level 50 required)
In this mode, dungeons are characterized by their relatively extreme difficulty compared to any other mode.
The First Part[]
The Dungeons of the Chapters 1 to 12 are unlocked when the corresponding chapter in Challenge Mode has been completed and can be played in any order. The difficult rating heavily depends on the used team, Runes and Epics.
The Second Part[]
The second half of Boss Mode was introducted on 2018-05-25. Starting with Chapter 12 the Dungeons cost 10 Stamina to enter and reward Superior Runes.
The Dungeons of the Chapters 13 to 21 have to unlock in order (one by one) like the Dungeons of campaign. These Dungeons are for Players from level 70 to 80. Some Dungeons require pre-selected Heroes. Without them you cannot continue.
