Assassinate lands a guaranteed CRIT.
Put her in the first slot/make her move first in both
PVP offence and defence so she can use her as soon as possible. Not making her have her turn first gets her risked being stabbed in the back and killed by Blade Storm , or shot by Shadowblade if she cannot dodge the arrow with help of Willow Swift .
Notes and Tips
Her 2nd and 3rd special attacks,
and Assassinate , guarantee a CRIT even when Black Diamond is diseased (normally the Diseased debuff blocks the chance to land critical hits).
